Raadha Aur Seeta (1979)

After having completed his engineering, multi-millionaire Shekhar Verma (Arun Govil) joins a factory that belongs to Raadha’s (Rita Bhaduri) father. He gets the job, goes to stay with his friend, Bhagwandas and his wife, Leela, where he meets with a young woman named Seeta Mathur (Abha Dhulia), who is their neighbor. Shekhar falls in love with her. Shekhar also gets to meet Shankar’s daughter, Raadha and she also falls in love with him.Raadha and Seeta are great childhood friends but do not divulge their love interest to each other. Then Shekhar’s father comes for a visit and finalizes Shekhar’s marriage with Raadha. But is marriage what Shekhar is really after, especially with Raadha? The movie is a tender and poignant story of love, friendship and sacrifice
